In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB251 ( Relating 
to creating a license for the storage of imported beer, ale, 
and malt liquor.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB251-Committee Report 2nd House, Substituted
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission expects to sell two 
or three storage licenses for additional revenue of $400 to 
$600 per year.
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.
