Fiscal Analysis The bill would require the creation of an electronic state business daily to give notice before a state agency makes a procurement with a value that exceeds $25,000. Methodology Any increase in cost or workload to gather and prepare information for the daily and to make it available on the Internet could likely be absorbed within current agency resources.
