In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB325 ( Relating 
to the required distance between certain businesses that sell 
alcoholic beverages and a day-care center or child-care facility.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB325-As Passed 2nd House
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
