In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB358 ( Relating 
to the use of certain detained or embargoed articles.) this 
office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB358-As Passed 2nd House
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 
Any additional costs to the Texas Department of Health or the 
Office of the Attorney General associated with implementing 
the provisions of this bill could be absorbed within current 
operating levels.
         

         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
