         In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB373 ( Relating to the
forfeiture of commutation of time for good conduct by an inmate of a county
jail who files a frivolous or malicious lawsuit.) this office has detemined the
following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB373-As Introduced
         
             No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
