In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB374 ( Relating 
to providing protection from retaliation for reporting a violation 
of certain laws by employees of water or sewer systems operated 
for a municipality.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB374-As Introduced
