The bill would amend Section 81, Labor Code, to require one member of the Work and Family Policy Advisory Committee to be a representative of the Child Care Development Board. The bill would also authorize the Texas Workforce Commission to employ a work-family facilitator to assist state agencies with establishing work policies that allow employees to address both work and family responsibilities.
