In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB438 ( Relating 
to the implementation of a controlled substances testing program 
to be administered to inmates housed in facilities operated 
by or under contract with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB438-As Engrossed
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.
