to the implementation of a controlled substances testing program
to be administered to inmates housed in facilities operated
by or under contract with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.)
this office has detemined the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB438-Committee Report 2nd House, as amended
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government
is anticipated.
