In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB460 ( Relating 
to federal waivers or authorizations relating to certain federally 
funded long-term care Medicaid programs.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB460-As Engrossed
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 
 The bill would require the Commissioner of Health and Human 
Services to submit a report to the legislature not later than 
January 15, 1999, on the feasibility and advisability of replacing 
all or several Medicaid waivers or authorizations that the state 
has with respect to the administration of long-term care services 
by the Department of Human Services, Department of Mental Health 
and Mental Retardation, Rehabilitation Commission, and Department 
of Health.
         

         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
