In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB485 ( Relating 
to requiring that an out-of-state inmate housed in a correctional 
facility in this state be returned to the sending state before 
the inmate's release from imprisonment.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB485-As Engrossed
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

is anticipated.
