In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB507 ( Relating
to educational and employment experience requirements for individuals
hired as guards by counties or vendors contracting with the
Texas Department of Criminal Justice.) this office has detemined
the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB507-As Introduced
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government
is anticipated.
