In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB507 ( Relating
to educational and employment experience requirements for certain
individuals hired as guards in facilities that house inmates;
providing a penalty.) this office has detemined the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB507-Committee Report 2nd House, as amended
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government
is anticipated.
