In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB565 ( Relating 
to eligibility for and payment of unemployment compensation 
benefits.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB565-As Engrossed
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
There is no fiscal impact to the Texas Workforce Commission 
(TWC) and no significant fiscal impact to the Department of 
Human Services (DHS).  The related costs are for the administration 
of Food Stamp Overissuance Collection. 
         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
