In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB566 ( Relating 
to deductions from the winnings of lottery winners determined 
to be delinquent in certain amounts collected by the Texas Workforce 
Commission.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB566-As Introduced
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
The bill would amend the State Lottery Act to mandate the deduction 
of amounts owed to the Texas Workforce Commission from lottery 
prizes of winners with delinquent accounts.
         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.
