         FROM: John Keel, Director

In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB736 ( Relating
to the creation of municipal courts of record in Lake Worth.)
this office has detemined the following:

Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB736-As Engrossed

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow the City of Lake Worth, by ordinance, to
create one or more municipal courts of record and would require
certain staff for the court. City of Lake Work officials estimate
there would be a net revenue gain to the city of approximately
$15,000 annually.
