In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB767 ( relating 
to exempting certain children in foster or residential care 
from the payment of tuition and fees and state-supported institutions 
of higher education) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB767-As Passed 2nd House
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
