In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB767 ( Relating 
to an exemption from tuition and fees at a public institution 
of higher education for certain students in foster or other 
residential care.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB767-As Introduced
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
