In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB773 ( Relating 
to vessels and obstructions in fish passes.) this office has 
detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB773-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  Texas Parks 
and Wildlife Department has determined that funds currently 
used to construct or maintain concrete markers would be diverted 
to purchase the new signage required by this bill.  
         

         
 
Similar annual fiscal implications would continue as long as 
the provisions of the bill are in effect.
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
