In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB805 ( Relating
to establishing policy boards for certain public institutions
of higher education to assist in the goverance of those institutions.)
this office has detemined the following:

Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB805-Committee Report 1st House, as amended

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
Policy board members would be eligible for reimbursement for
travel expenses, but these are not estimated to be significant.

The bill would make no appropriation but could provide the legal
basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions
of the bill.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
