In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB818 ( Relating
to a study of the incidence of dual supervision of certain persons
by the pardons and paroles division of the Texas Department
of Criminal Justice and community supervision and corrections
departments and to the reporting of certain arrests to prevent
dual supervision.) this office has detemined the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB818-As Passed 2nd House
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government
is anticipated.
