In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB858 ( Relating 
to providing for open enrollment for a portion of those persons 
admitted as undergraduates at certain public institutions of 
higher education.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB858-As Introduced
