In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB979 ( Relating 
to the duration of certain agreements between a local government 
and this state or the United States in connection with an airport 
or air navigation facility.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB979-As Engrossed
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated 
because this provision would be a subject of contract, lease 
or other arrangement negotiations.
