In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB993 ( Relating 
to the application for and use of the proceeds of loans guaranteed 
by the Young Farmer Loan Guarantee Program.) this office has 
detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB993-As Engrossed
         

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
The bill would make no appropriation but could provide the legal 
basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions 
of the bill.

The bill would amend provisions relating to 
participation in the Young Farmer Guarantee Loan Program.
         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
