In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1048 ( Relating 
to the civil and criminal consequences of a conviction for certain 
offenses involving a fictitious motor vehicle license plate, 
registration insignia, or safety inspection certificate.) this 
office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1048-As Engrossed
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
