In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1070 ( Relating
to drug regulation and enforcement under the Texas Controlled
Substances Act and to the authority of certain state agencies
under that Act; imposing criminal penalties.) this office has
detemined the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1070-As Introduced
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
