In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1070 ( Relating 
to drug regulation and enforcement under the Texas Controlled 
Substances Act and to the authority of certain state agencies 
under that Act and to certain penalties for the use of a controlled 
substance to commit the offense; imposing criminal     
penalties.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1070-Committee Report 2nd House, as amended
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
