Bosse, Chair IN RE: House Bill No. 1109 Committee on Land and Resource Management By: Talton House Austin, Texas FROM: John Keel, Director In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1109 ( Relating to restrictive covenants applicable to certain residential real estate subdivisions.) this office has detemined the following: Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1109-As Introduced No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. FISCAL ANALYSIS This bill would extend the applicability of Chapter 201, Property Code, to all cities over 100,000 population. As a result of this bill's enactment, it is expected that county clerks offices in counties containing such cities would experience a nominal increase in the number of restrictive covenant renewals filed.
