"Pete" Laney IN RE: House Bill No. 1133, As Passed 2nd House Speaker of the House Dukes House of Representatives Austin, Texas FROM: John Keel, Director In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1133 ( Relating to certain reporting requirements for the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission.) this office has detemined the following: Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1133-As Passed 2nd House No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. The bill would consolidate certain reporting requirements of the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission relating to their activities in the areas of air, industrial and hazardous waste, municipal solid waste, pollution prevention, and water, into one annual report with annual and biennial appendices. Implementation of the provisions of the bill could result in some administrative savings to the agency, but those savings are not expected to be significant.
