         FROM: John Keel, Director

In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1133 ( Relating
to certain reporting requirements for the Texas Natural Resource
Conservation Commission.) this office has detemined the following:

Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1133-As Passed 2nd House

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would consolidate certain reporting requirements of
the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission relating
to their activities in the areas of air, industrial and hazardous
waste, municipal solid waste, pollution prevention, and water,
into one annual report with annual and biennial appendices.

Implementation
of the provisions of the bill could result in some administrative
savings to the agency, but those savings are not expected to
be significant.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
