In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1150 ( Relating 
to the notification of school personnel of the arrest or detention 
of a student and any subsequent disposition of that arrest or 
detention.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1150-Committee Report 2nd House, as amended
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
