In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1180 ( Relating 
to a limitation of liability of a licensed installer or servicer 
of a liquefied petroleum gas system in a motor vehicle.) this 
office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1180-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
Similar annual fiscal implications would continue as long as 
the provisions of the bill are in effect.
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
