In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1185 ( relating 
to the fraudulent exercise of certain governmental functions 
and the fraudulent creation or use of certain pleadings, governmental 
documents, and records; providing penalties) this office has 
detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1185-Committee Report 2nd House, as amended
