In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1265 ( Relating 
to the recovery of and insurance coverage for exemplary damages 
against a person for harm arising from the person's operation 
of a motor vehicle while intoxicated.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1265-Committee Report 1st House, as amended
