In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1288 ( Relating 
to the disposal of abandoned aircraft by a municipality. ) this 
office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1288-As Engrossed
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
This bill would facilitate the disposal of aircraft for which 
ownership can not be determined.  It is anticipated such cases 
would be extremely rare.

No significant fiscal implication 
to units of local government is anticipated.
