In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1401 ( Relating 
to the regulation of automotive wrecking and salvage yards in 
certain counties; providing a penalty.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1401-As Passed 2nd House
