In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1422 ( Relating 
to prohibiting employment discrimination against certain employees 
of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for refusing to 
take a polygraph examination.) this office has detemined the 
following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1422-As Engrossed
