In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1422 ( Relating 
to prohibiting employment discrimination against certain correctional 
officers employed by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice 
for refusing to take a polygraph examination.) this office has 
detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1422-Committee Report 1st House, as amended
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
