to the possession and use of tobacco products by employees of 
the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1427-As Engrossed
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
