This bill amends the current law for the licensing and registration of staff leasing services. This bill does not reference a specific agency but it is assumed that the bill's intent is that the Department of Licensing and Regulation would assume the authority. The Department of Licensing and Regulation is authorized to raise fees for certifications and examinations as necessary to offset related costs.
