In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1465 ( Relating 
to the regulation of staff leasing services; providing penalties.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1465-As Introduced
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
This bill amends the current law for the licensing and registration 
of staff leasing services.  This bill does not reference a specific 
agency but it is assumed that the bill's intent is that the 
Department of Licensing and Regulation would assume the authority. 
 The Department of Licensing and Regulation is authorized to 
raise fees for certifications and examinations as necessary 
to offset related costs.  

No fiscal implication to units 
of local government is anticipated.
