In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1482 ( Relating
to computer and telecommunications offenses; providing penalties.)
this office has detemined the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1482-Committee Report 1st House, Substituted FN Revision 1
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The
fiscal note is being revised because the committee vote was
reconsidered and a new substitute was voted out. The revision
does not contain any change in the fiscal implications.
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government
is anticipated.
