No fiscal impact is expected for the Department of Health. Fiscal impact for the Higher Education Coordinating Board is related to 0.25 staff and costs associated with an advisory board for a total of $12,730 per year. Given the size of the Higher Education Coordinating Board, these fiscal implications are considered to be not significant. No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
