In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1528 ( Relating 
to the smart jobs fund program.) this office has detemined the 
following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1528-Committee Report 2nd House, Substituted
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
The bill would allow the agency to use more of the appropriated 
funds for the administration of the program and provide the 
agency with more flexibiliy in qualifying businesses for the 
program. 
         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
