In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1542 ( Relating 
to the authorization of the Texas Natural Resource Conservation 
Commission to issue general permits by rule for the discharge 
of waste into or adjacent to water in the state.) this office 
has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1542-Committee Report 2nd House, as amended
         

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
