In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1548 ( Relating 
to tuition and fees for certain students registered in a public 
junior college.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1548-Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
The bill would allow junior college districts to waive tuition 
and fees for certain students. 

No significant fiscal implication 
to units of local government is anticipated.
