In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1548 ( Relating 
to fees for certain students registered in a public junior college.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1548-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.  The bill would allow community/junior college 
districts to charge varying fees to categories of out-of-district 
students, and so it could generate revenue for the community 
college districts.
