In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1567 ( Relating 
to charitable organizations created by certain hospital districts.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1567-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
This bill would exempt charitable organizations created by hospital 
districts from liability for damages to the same extent as the 
district is immune from such liability.  This could result in 
savings to such charitable organizations, depending on the amount 
of liabilities for damages such an organization would incur.
