In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1650 ( Relating
to creating a commercial real estate broker's lien.) this office
has detemined the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1650-As Introduced
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
This bill would allow commercial real estate brokers to file
a lien in order to collect fees owned for services.
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
