In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1665 ( Relating 
to disclosure of the location of certain subsurface conditions 
by a person  who is selling unimproved real property to be used 
for residential purposes.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1665-Committee Report 1st House, as amended
