In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1703 ( Relating 
to altering the form of a business entity that is the holder 
of an alcoholic beverage permit or license.) this office has 
detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1703-As Introduced
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 
 
         
The bill would allow a certain permit and licenses holders to 
change the form of a business entity for a $100 fee.  The Alcoholic 
Beverage Commission estimates this new fee would generate about 
$1,000 per year.
         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.
