In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1707 ( Relating 
to water quality protection zones.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1707-Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
         

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  


         
This proposed legislation would affect only the City of Austin. 
 Because the bill would not have statewide impact on units of 
local government of the same type or class, no comment from 
this office is required by the rules of the House as to its 
probable fiscal implication on units of local government.
